Monster Cat: Party?

Yes, I’m late with the strip again. It’s been one of those weeks that lasts a month… mostly because I have a month’s worth of stuff on my to-do list but only a week’s worth of time.
Monster Cat ended up at the vet this morning. Nothing horrible… well, nothing horrible for me. He would disagree. I should have recorded the sounds he made. Let’s just say he has a minor, typical cat problem and the vet is not concerned. Tenny got a shot of antibiotics, some other treatment (yielding the horrible noises), and prescription for some Laxatone (hairball treatment) for a few days. To cheer him up and to apologize profusely to him, I gave him gooshy food when we got home.
This further complicated my schedule, especially since the vet was running an hour behind due to emergencies coming in earlier in the day, but it was worth it to get him checked out and treated before the weekend.

So late today! It was one of those days. Lots got done but lots didn’t get done too, which leads me to believe there is too much to do. Sadly, I think this conclusion is correct.
