Kitten Kiss

There are varying degrees of “getting along” going on. Monster Cat seems happy enough to tolerate the kittens. I even caught him actually grooming one today. This afternoon I opened up the guest room and they were allowed in the hall, bathroom and my office. They have been galloping about, exploring and making trouble. Important detail: The desk is no longer a safe haven. The kittens can get up there too. Much to the chagrin of Tennyson and my stacks of books. I’m going to have to reorganize, again, to avoid too many flying books. Stacks of books make good lounges for kittens though… until they move. And then books slip and slide and fly!
If I could keep Monster Cat from hogging all their food, it would be easier to let them explore more while still having their home base in the guest room. He’s pretty good. He knows he *shouldn’t* be eating the baby food. But that doesn’t always stop him from chowing down. Clearly kitten food is up there with gooshy food and yogurt on the yummy scale.
I will have to put the kittens to bed soon actually. Tenny needs his beauty rest.
