Monster Cat: Unprecedented

The cats actually spent most of the rest of the day on the bed sound asleep. Together. Within sight of each other. This is remarkable for a couple of reasons. First, Miss Evil prefers not to sleep on the puffy down comforters. She’d rather be on the sheets of course! Second, the two superpowers in the house aren’t usually seen in the same place at the same time unless someone is hissing. On this day, they hung out, exhausted, on the bed for a good 7 hours, together, content and snoring. Then again, they were also ignoring us quite mightily. Each time I went through the bedroom I got a look of scorn from one, the other or both of them.
It’s hard being the thumb monkeys sometimes.
