Monster Cat: Flashback!

Tenny was so small when I first got him that the smallest collar in the pet store was too big. He ended up wearing a little ribbon with a bell attached to it for the first week or so. The black satin more masculine than the multi-colored collar he grew into. Perhaps he is dating himself by mentioning the modem experiences of his youth, but what can you do? We also saw the beginnings of laptop-envy during this time. “Why does that thing get to be in your lap instead of me? I’m much cuter!” followed shortly by, “Oh, look! I made space in your lap for me!” and then, later on, by, “I’m fascinated that you want that thing in your lap but it’s my lap so shove off!” The final result? When I’m working on my laptop while sitting on the couch, I end up with a Monster Cat lap desk.
Like the Itty Bitty Kitty Committee, Monster Cat has also always preferred Macs to PCs, though any OS will do in a pinch when he needs something to sprawl upon.
