Monster Cat’s Summer Vacation

Monster Cat has had a long, long break, but he’s back now! You can surmise by the sluggishness inherent in this episode that he did not make it out onto the campaign trail this summer. This is probably for the best since he gets horribly car sick. (Poor kitty!)
Despite the heat and fur coat, Monster Cat had a terribly relaxing summer with lots of air conditioning, tile-floor-flopping and quality time peering out windows. And no vet visits whatsoever. He’s even stopped whining when I pick him up. For a while there he would get upset anytime I picked him up because he thought he was going into the carrier for a car ride. The two weeks we were gone for Pennsic broke that association for him, I think.
Once again, we see that it’s good to be the cat.
